Dyke House is a refurbishment project that has been designed as a low energy sustainable solution to reduce overheating and increase natural daylight through an early involvement partnership approach leading to an accolade from the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment.
Durable Technologies were chosen to provide the lighting controls due to the fast and simple installation, high functionality energy saving features and high reliability. All teaching areas comprise Absence detection, Daylight Linking and Independent WhiteBoard switching. Presence Detection in all other areas.
