Durable Technologies win prestigious Old Courthouse Project

Durable Technologies win the Old Courthouse project in Douglas, Isle of Man with local integrator Building Evolution Ltd.

The project is to re-develop the 29.000 sq ft former Old Courthouse, retaining it’s facade to the highest possible standard. To achieve this KNX has been specified throughout the building and will provide energy efficient controls for both light and heat. The Duratech Lighting Controller DLC1000 and Sensor DLS1000 will be used throughout. The project is due to complete mid 2008.
